Paradise Island is a 1930 American pre-Code adventure film directed by Bert Glennon and starring Kenneth Harlan, Marceline Day, and Tom Sanzki.



Synopsis:
Ellen Bradford comes to the South Sea island of Tonga to marry her fiancé, but learns that he is a drinker.

She also learns that the three men are deeply interested in her because she is the only white woman on the island.

She gives up on her fiancé and quickly learns that she can't trust "Dutch Mike" at all.

That leaves Jim Thorne.

Jim is an adventurer and a true pirate, but he is also a gentleman, especially towards the only white woman in town or on the island.

Lutze is offended, and Lutze and Jim compete for the farm, Ellen, and the Pearl of the Pacific in a poker game.
