``No Noise'' is the 17th installment in the short comedy ``Our Gang'' series.

The Our Gang series (later known as The Little Rascals) was created by Hal Roach in 1922 and ran until 1944.

Synopsis:
Mickey is in the hospital to have his tonsils removed.

The gang decides to visit him, but they end up causing various mishaps.

They successfully enter both the X-ray room and the operating room, where they are subdued by inhaling powerful laughing gas.

The children decide to swap places with the boys who are heading to the hospital to get some free ice cream given out to patients having their tonsils removed.

However, the doctors notice the gang's plan and track them down inside the hospital.
