Where the Buffalo Roam is a 1938 American film directed by Albert Herrmann.

Synopsis:
Tex Houston (Tex Ritter) returns to Santa Fe to find his mother murdered.

The town is ruled by Foster (John Merton), and all crimes committed by his associates are blamed on Rogel (Carl Hackett) and his friends.

Foster makes Tex a federal marshal, but this backfires and Tex teams up with Rogel to track down Foster, who he learns is responsible for his mother's death.
